IT'S TIME TO BUILD SOME MOMENTUM
Relationship intensives are full-day (or multi-day) sessions designed to help couples build momentum fastRegular therapy sessions are valuable, but some couples will need to jumpstart their process with several hours of intensive work. Relationship intensives are just that... intense!
Relationship Intensives are full-day (sometimes multi-day) interventions designed to unearth, understand, and begin to dismantle painful issues and hurts. Relationship Intensives are ideal for couples who have a lot to address and not a lot of time. Maybe there has been infidelity or addiction that has brought your relationship to a crisis point. Or perhaps years of child-rearing and busy-ness have resulted in neglect, resentment, and freeze-out. Regardless of the reason, your relationship needs attention. Sound like you? Maybe a Relationship Intensive is just what you're looking for. |
What's a relationship intensive all about?
FORMATRelationship Intensives are one or two 5-hour days where the couple works one-on-two, live with Angela.
Relationship Intensives can be scheduled any day of the week. If a two-day format is necessary, it is best to schedule two consecutive days. Relationship Intensives are best carried out in person at Angela's office in Issaquah, but remote, video-chat sessions are available on a case by case basis. Schedule a consultation phone call to determine whether a one-day or two-day intensive format is best for your needs. |
CONTENTThe content we cover in Relationship Intensives varies based on the most pressing issues you're facing, but it usually includes some or all of the following:
Relationship Intensives are packed with resources and skill building so you and your partner will be equipped with tools and practices that vitalize your relationship and keep lines of communication open. |
RESULTSFollowing a Relationship Intensive, some couples keep the momentum going with bi-weekly therapy sessions for a few weeks, tapering off to a maintenance schedule for a few months so Angela can continue to coach and cultivate their progress.
__________ Please note: In some rare cases, couples reach the conclusion that, despite the Relationship Intensive, they are unable or unwilling to save the relationship and decide together to part ways. In these cases, Angela is trained as a neutral professional to help facilitate a Collaborative Divorce (in the case of a marriage) in a dignified and civil manner. |
Remember: I'm not going to save your relationship. You're going to save your relationship. And I will work as hard as you do to make that happen.
